Steve Chanslor has over 30 years of experience in financial management, having served as a Controller, a Chief Accounting Officer, and a Chief Financial Officer with international manufacturing and distribution companies. His specific skill sets include: budgeting and financial analysis/reporting; merger and acquisition transactions from the buy-side and sell-side, including due diligence; valuation analysis; systems analysis, and systems implementation. Mr. Chanslor’s manufacturing experience is principally with companies that manufacture service equipment for the oil and gas, and energy sectors.

Mr. Chanslor received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University and began his career in public accounting with Main Lafrentz & Co., where he earned CPA certification in 1975.
