  • Interactive Digital Solutions (“IDS”) is a leading provider of cloud-based visual communication solutions to leading organization, particularly healthcare systems, business enterprises, and government entities.
  • The business was owned by the founder and President, Tracy Mills. 
  • Seller sought to find a strategic partner with expertise in the industry to purchase a majority stake in the company, enabling him to take some chips off the table and infuse some growth capital.
  • Initial outreach to targeted set of potential strategic and financial buyers.
  • Received Indications of Interest (IoIs) from 8 potential buyers, creating competitive bid process.
  • Successful in negotiating higher purchase price with better terms from original offers.
  • Berenson Capital acquired 81% of the Company in early 2021 for $28 million.
  • Saved seller $1.25 million on working capital.
  • Tracy retained a minority interest and remained as President.
