Neil Bishkin brings over 30 years of experience to EBB Group with a strong background in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, initially as a corporate executive insider and later as an outside financial advisor. Within EBB Group, he leads corporate clientele through the complexities of strategic transaction, including corporate development, enterprise assessments, competitive analyses, due diligence, preparation of descriptive memorandum, target identification, transaction structuring/negotiation, and closing activities. Mr. Bishkin’s other professional fortes are financial modeling and pro forma forecasting. His background as a chief financial officer for several private equity-backed companies and other corporate enterprises makes him uniquely qualified as a financial advisor.

Within the private sector, Mr. Bishkin has held various executive management level positions with an engineering firm, an aerospace company, health and energy service enterprises, where he directed finance, accounting, treasury, information technology and human resources. He began his career in public accounting, spending nearly 12 years with KPMG ending his tenure there as a senior manager.

Mr. Bishkin received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1980. He holds both the Series 79 and Series 63 registrations.
