As part of the EBB support staff that assists the firm’s registered bankers, Kevin Svoboda is an experienced senior project manager and engineer with a unique ability to focus on detail while maintaining a project scope and timeline. He is especially adept at networking with business owners and discovering what is necessary to either acquire market share (thru acquisition) or increase sales force.

Prior to joining the team of EBB Group, Mr. Svoboda started his career working in Liaison engineering with a staff of other aerospace assemblers, mechanics and designers at McDonnell Douglas on the F-18 Blue Angels conversion project. Later on, he worked as an engineer for the Boeing Company, designing a critical new part for the Boeing 777 as part of an international team, and then as a Project Manager for Gulfstream, where he headed the complex project of designing, fabricating, and assembling the G-V business jet winglet. Through these experiences, Mr. Svoboda acquired and strengthened various skills related to managing large-scale project environments.

Mr. Svoboda then shifted his skills to the financial and real estate industries by joining several lending and banking companies. This was instrumental to expanding his network with new business alliances and partnerships.
