Conrad Holt has participated in public and private transactions with issuers across various sectors. Combining an appreciation for sweat equity with a focus on “client first” strategies, Mr. Holt has gained broad transaction experience and financial expertise.

At EBB Group, Mr. Holt primarily focuses on the buy side, working with project teams to ensure that all documentation is in place to market a client, as well as recommending strategic choices based on market research.

Having grown up in Texas, Mr. Holt possesses fluency in both English and Spanish, which allows him to communicate with a broad array of clients. He combines a blue-collar work ethic with a strong academic background in finance: He worked full time in the auto business while studying for his MBA under iconic professors such as Dr. Tim Roth (a former economic advisor to President Ronald Reagan). Eventually, his business acuity facilitated his rise to an ownership position in a Saturn dealership, which was ranked #1 in profitability under Mr. Holt’s leadership.

Mr. Holt earned his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso.
