Mr. Charlie Williams has over 35 years of direct and indirect experience supporting Aerospace, Energy, General Engineering, Medical and Infrastructure manufacturing.

Mr. Williams’ passion for helping others to be successful is paramount, and has been the key to his success. Having spent more than 30 years as a certified metalworking professional within the carbide tooling industry, he knows every dimension of the manufacturing process. He also possesses more than 10 years of experience selling capital equipment to business owners and corporate management teams.

Throughout his career, he has provided countless technical solutions and direct support to manufacturers, as well as managed regional sales engineer teams. Additionally, he has gained a global perspective from his time serving as a Global Market Segment Manager for the machine tool industry, as well as participating on a patent review committee. Afterward, Mr. Williams’ entrepreneurial spirit led him to start his own independent factory representative business.
