Brad Oldham has over 25 years of experience working with private and private equity-backed companies as a CFO, owner/operator and private equity investor. He brings a strong background in operations, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, investing and capital raising. His extensive and varied financial and operating background gives him a unique skill set that he brings to bear as a financial advisor.

Mr. Oldham has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, having served as the CFO of multiple healthcare companies. His experience includes work in various healthcare sectors including Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, Durable Medical Equipment, Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Psychiatric Hospitals, Institutional Pharmacies, and Radiology.

Mr. Oldham has an MBA in Finance from Texas Christian University and a bachelor of science in Marketing from the University of Tennessee. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
