Prior to joining EBB Group in June 2016, Bill Bitner had an accomplished occupational passage as a manufacturing operation executive. His illustrious career spans 35 years and multiple industries, including defense/ aerospace, industrial and medical manufacturing, covering fabrication, machining, electrical assembly and supply chain. While much of his professional tenure was with leading global corporations, he has also worked with smaller, start-up enterprises, as well as corporate turnarounds. These experiences imbued Mr. Bitner with the following professional skills: business development, strategic planning, profit/performance improvement, global operations, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate turnarounds/re-engineerings.

Mr. Bitner’s corporate positions and core competencies enables EBB Group to serve constituents on both sides of the M&A spectrum – entrepreneurial sellers and strategic/corporate buyers. With respect to the former, he has had full profit/loss responsibilities, which enables him to understand the day-to-day operations of an enterprise. Regarding the former, Bill can assist corporate acquirers in exploring the opportunities and strategic fit of an organization, including the quantitative and qualitative metrics.

Mr. Bitner’s professional modus operandi of “customers and quality come first” stems from his occupational advent as a quality control engineer. His most recent position prior to joining EBB Group was as Group Vice President Operations for Ducommun, a global provider of manufacturing and engineering services. There, he developed innovative electronic, engineered and structural solutions for complex applications in the aerospace, defense and industrial markets. Previously, he held esteemed positions as Executive officer and Group VP over multiple facilities within companies like Harris Corporation, Honeywell, Rolls Royce Aerospace and Labarge Technologies.

Mr. Bitner holds a Bachelor Science in Engineering Technology and a Global M.B.A., as well as a 6 Sigma for Managers.
