Aaron Fletcher brings over 24 years of experience working in fixed income and municipal finance industries. His background is in financial analysis with an emphasis on capital market debt structuring. He possesses a strong knowledge of assessed valuations, ad valorem, sales tax and revenue cash flow projections.

Prior to joining EBB, Mr. Fletcher served as director and head of analytics for several regional and national broker-dealer and municipal advisory firms. As a result, he is experienced with high volume, detailed and outcome-driven project management for complex public authorities. Mr. Fletcher has also served as a senior financial analyst for independent consulting firms that specialize in private placement financing with domestic and international investors.

Mr. Fletcher received an MBA in Finance from the University of Memphis and a B.A. in Business Management from the University of Kentucky. He holds FINRA licenses 7, 50 and 63.
