Dallas, TX – EBB Group, LLC (“EBB Group” or the “Firm”), a boutique middle investment banking firm focusing on corporate mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, recently conducted its 2018 Strategic Planning Retreat. The meeting was an opportunity for EBB Group team members from around the country to develop their personal and professional relationships, as well as lay the foundation for the Firm’s future success. Amongst the topics discussed were:
- Refining EBB Group’s corporate vision and mission statement;
- Delineating the Firm’s short-term tactical accomplishments, such as the new website and marketing materials;
- Clarifying EBB Group’s relationship with its new broker-dealer in preparation for becoming an investment bank;
- Announcing the formation of the EBB Group Leadership Counsel, a six-person team that will oversee and implement the corporate strategy;
- Sharing knowledge and best practices with regard to the deal process;
- Promoting future conferences and professional growth opportunities; and
- Outlining additional sector (e.g., healthcare) and service (e.g., interim CFOs) opportunities.
