Frisco, TX – EBB Group of Texas, LLC (“EBB Group” or the “Firm”), a full-service middle-market financial advisory firm focusing on corporate mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, has recently added Seth Wilkinson as a Director who will assist on existing and future deal teams.
Heralding from the United Kingdom, Mr. Wilkinson has a diverse professional background spanning Europe, North America, and Asia. Prior to joining EBB, Mr. Wilkinson was most recently with the Raymond James financial advisory team in Texas as a licensed advisor. Earlier in his career, Mr. Wilkinson spent several years in Malaysia, representing the Sultanate of Terengganu’s business interests, liaising between the public-private sector, and coordinating the launch of a mining and exploration operation. As a result, he is fluent in Bahasa Melayu. Since then, Mr. Wilkinson has acquired an extensive background in project management and consultancy, covering natural resources, real estate, and the financial services sectors.
