Dallas, TX – EBB Group, LLC, a full-service middle market financial advisory firm focusing on corporate mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, has recently added Seth Horn as a director and advisor on various sectors.
For over 20 years, Mr. Horn served as an executive financial officer for publicly traded companies in a variety of industries, guiding these companies through IPOs, private and public equity & debt offerings, and M&A transactions. Mr. Horn has also advised on over $10 billion worth of global equity and debt offerings, M&A transactions, restructuring assignments, fairness opinions and valuations. His primary concentration has been on Micro and Small-Cap companies in a variety of industries, but he is presently focused on energy, power, and infrastructure.
