Dallas, TX – EBB Group, LLC, a full-service middle market financial advisory firm focusing on corporate mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, has recently added Richard Mgrdechian as an advisor for the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors.
Mr. Mgrdechian has worked in the financial industry, including with Bear Stearns and The Blackstone Group. Additionally, he was the founder and CEO of two Silicon Valley companies in the areas of telecommunications and social networking, the second of which was sold to Yahoo! Prior to his work in finance, Mr. Mgrdechian was an engineer at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL).
