Dallas, TX – EBB Group, LLC, a full-service middle-market financial advisory firm focusing on corporate mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, has recently added Mike Kovar as a director who will oversee client relationships in various sectors.
Mr. Kovar has over 25 years of experience working in the public and private companies in financial and operational roles. His background spans large public, middle-market and small companies. An entrepreneur, he cofounded Real Estate Digital and Cerulean Media Holdings and, as CFO, facilitated successful exits of both. He has diversified industry expertise and has worked in manufacturing, technology, SAAS, financial services, online media, data and analytics, business services and nonprofits. His past responsibilities as CFO included IT, Legal, HR, and Facilities and he was also general manager of the national real estate portal Cyberhomes.com for a period of two years.
