Dallas, TX – EBB Group, LLC, a full-service middle-market financial advisory firm focusing on corporate mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, has recently added Jim Farrel as a vice president who will lend his expertise to projects in various sectors.
Jim Farrell is an entrepreneurial financial executive and CFO. He has a strong background in strategy, planning, accounting, finance, treasury, business process improvement, administration, and systems. Mr. Farrell’s industry experience includes real estate, construction, aerospace, manufacturing, oil and gas, architecture, engineering, distribution, consulting, and supply chain. Mr. Farrell’s professional experiences range from startups to large enterprises. Mr. Farrell is a winner of Dallas Business Journal’s middle-market CFO of the year and past finalist for D CEO magazine’s financial executive of the year. A licensed CPA and Dallas resident, Mr. Farrell is married with two adult children. Outside of the office, he is an avid sports fan who enjoys HIIT, Peloton, running and yoga.
