Frisco, TX – EBB Group of Texas, LLC (“EBB Group” or the “Firm”), a full-service middle-market financial advisory firm focusing on corporate mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, has recently added Elizabeth Hastings as a Vice President of Business Development. Ms. Hastings will leverage her extensive networking prowess and scope to help EBB Group identify and connect with prospective clients, particularly in the IT/Software industry.
Ms. Hastings is a commercial finance professional with more than 25 years of experience in factoring and asset-based lending. As a Managing Member of E-CapitalAdvisors, LLC, she has provided growth and turnaround solutions for companies both domestic and international. Ms. Hastings has been a board member of the Commercial Finance Association for several years, as well as an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth and Turnaround Management Consulting. Her prior experience includes being a Securities Broker for JP Morgan Chase Securities, Prudential Securities and Ex-Air Force Military Service.
