(“Westech” or the “Company”). Headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Westech was purchased in a private sale.
Westech, a company of nearly 200, was founded in 1995 by Dr. Betty Chao, and is a national leader in mission support services for the Department of Energy (“DOE”) and Department of Defense (“DOD”). Westech’s core capabilities include: Test and Evaluation, Logistics Support; Range Operations and Maintenance; and Air and Space Operations. The Company’s relentless focus on clients’ mission success has allowed it to achieve stable revenues and a strong reputation with its customers and community.
