Frisco, TX (April 21, 2023) – M & D Distributors (“M&D”) announced today that it has acquired Turbo Diesel & Electrical Systems (“Turbo Diesel”), a long-standing provider of fuel system and turbo remanufacturing and distribution services. EBB Group of Texas, LLC (“EBB Group” or “The Firm”) served as the exclusive financial advisor to Turbo Diesel on the transaction.

Founded in 1972 by James Roberts Sr., Turbo Diesel has been a family-run business for two generations. Roberts Sr. passed down the business to his children, Al Roberts, James Roberts Jr., and Cheryl Leipold. A third generation, James “Lewis” Roberts III and Jeremiah Leipold also grew professionally within the company. The family grew the business from one location to six locations. The entire family looks forward to joining the M&D family.
