Mr. Leib will serve as a conduit between prospects and the project team in order to ensure consistent, cordial follow-up, address concerns, and maintain deal momentum.
Before joining EBB Group, Mr. Leib held senior positions at IBM, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, and CitiGroup Capital. He is also a Gerson Lehman Investment Banking industry expert and sits on the board of The United States Veterans Chamber of Commerce. Bill’s guidance and counsel have allowed hundreds of private company owners to benefit from the professional M&A process. His body of work represents over $1 billion in completed or pending transactions. With his experience sitting on both sides of the table, he can help clients see their transactions from multiple angles and use that insight to make more informed decisions that lead to smoother deals.
